This Rectangular Salt/Sand Storage Building is also known as a Conventional Salt/Sand Storage Building. This Conventional Salt/Sand Storage Building is located in Verner, Ontario just north west of Sturgeon Falls at the Verner Patrol Yard. This Conventional Salt/Sand Storage Building is 80’x132’ in size with a 12’ foundation wall above grade, 36’ minimum clearance from finished floor to bottom of truss, one 30’x35’ entrance opening and two 24” exhaust fans. The interior of this Conventional Salt/Sand Storage Building is finished with ½” plywood while the exterior is finished with 26 GA siding and 26 GA roofing in the colour Beige.
