This Conventional Salt/Sand Storage Building is located north of North Bay at the Nagagami Patrol Yard west of Hearts. This Conventional Salt/Sand Storage Building is 60’x80’ in size with an 8’ foundation wall above grade, 36’ minimum clearance from finished floor to bottom of truss, two angled entrances (21’x32’) for drive through traffic with loading/unloading capabilities, non-corrosive (wooden) “Tip splash” to prevent material from resting at the top of foundation and ¾” polyethylene bird screening to inhibit bird nesting. The exterior of this Conventional Salt/Sand Storage Building is finished with 26 GA siding and 26 GA roofing in the colour Stone Grey.
