This Rectangular Salt/Sand Storage Building is an extension to an existing Conventional Salt/Sand Storage Building. This Conventional Salt/Sand Storage Building is located in south west of Sudbury, Ontario at the Walden Patrol Yard. The existing Conventional Salt/Sand Storage Building is 80’x140’ in size with a 12’-0" foundation below grade. The extension Salt/Sand Storage Building is 50’x140’ in size with a 12’-0” foundation to match existing foundation. The extension has two entrance one located at the front at 29’-6”x max height and the second located on the side at 14’x14’. The extension has a 21’-4” minimum clearance from finished floor to bottom of truss without knee braces. The interior of extension Salt/Sand Storage Building is finished with ½” plywood and the exterior is finished with 26 GA siding and roofing in Tan with trimming in Metro Brown.
